Job description
We’re looking for someone who wants to join our busy charity to make a real and lasting difference to people’s lives.
With experience in planning and coordination of events, you will have a flair for organisation, excellent communication skills and be able to inspire the team with your creative ideas and practical know-how! The Farm's events programme is a key part of the income generation that keeps our community services running for the people who need them most, so this role is central to income generation at the Farm.
With the support of your team of interns, you will be responsible for the planning, budgeting, scheduling and running of the Charity’s seasonal events programme, including at least four events every year in April, June, October and December (the Farm Fairs). You will also play a key role in managing our site hire and wedding offers, as well as supporting the running of events by partner organisations who use our spaces, all of which drive vital income.
