Job description

The traineeship is paid at London Living Wage and is AQA-certified. Young adults across London will gain valuable experience in cooperative business practices, environmental technology, horticulture & biodiversity, communications, and community development.

  • 2-6 hours/week coursework and field studies
  • Access to industry experts
  • Career mentoring and support
  • Transport support if needed

About Energy Garden

Energy Garden is a not-for-profit organisation with 18 community gardens across the overground network space in London. We work with a variety of community groups across most Boroughs on projects ranging from horticulture to urban treescaping and run education programmes with schools and youths across London. Our Youth Training Programme is a paid AQA certified traineeship targeting 18-24 yr olds underrepresented in sustainability and our schools programmes engage children across London.
