Certification Administrator
Location: Bristol, Hybrid Working (40% in office), United Kingdom
Salary: £26,228 per annum FTE

About the Opportunity
As a Certification Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting our Certification teams. You will be part of a supportive and friendly team delivering excellent customer service and handling a wide range of administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include taking calls from new customers wanting to certify their business as organic and being a part of this journey. Tasks also include database management, processing applications, and responding to customer inquiries via email and phone. This role offers a great opportunity to grow and develop your skills while learning about organic certification and contributing to an organisation dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment Please note this role requires 2 days in our Bristol office. Please state on your application if you would be willing to relocate if not based in Bristol or the surrounding area if successful.
About You
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational and multitasking abilities and experience working in an office or an administrative role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as you will be handling customer inquiries and supporting our certification teams. A passion for sustainability and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service are crucial.

You will enjoy being a support across certification teams and efficient at working through tasks in a logical manner, to resolve problems and provide excellent customer service. You will be proactive and organised, enjoy working as part of a team, assisting colleagues and sharing ideas.
