Job description

RYE Bakery is currently looking for a Full or Part Time Pastry Chef/Baker.

Experience in a working bakery or kitchen.

Able to work fast, clean and conscientiously.

Experience in working with laminated pastry is a plus.

About Rye Bakery Ltd

Our kitchen makes simple food using ingredients from local farmers and producers. We grow many of our vegetables ourselves in our garden just outside Frome using low input and permaculture methods. Almost everything you eat or drink here is made by us, by hand, this includes butter, cakes, pastries, soft drinks, pickles, preserves, jams and bread. We try to make as many plant based products as we can but we also want to support local farms that practice ecologically minded farming.
