Job description
Are you passionate about coffee, sustainability and customer service? Do you enjoy working as part of a team who are passionate about what they do? We are on the lookout for an energetic individual to help manage our FOH team at e5 Bakehouse in Hackney.
Job Summary:
The e5 Shift Manager plays a key leadership role in the daily operation of our busy, high-volume bakery/cafe, you'll be responsible for leading a large front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service, smooth day-to-day operations, and a welcoming atmosphere. You’ll manage shift performance, support team development, and ensure product quality, cleanliness, and efficiency at all times.
We're looking for someone who has solid experience in a managing diverse team of 6+, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service to join our team. Your main role is to support the team, delegate daily tasks, process deliveries, provide great customer service, monitor checklists and more.
This role is split between three other colleagues over different shifts whilst working closely together with our Front Of House/Shop manager. Experience in making rotas/schedules a plus.
