We are looking for a Community Mushroom Farmer to manage our oyster mushroom production. We have spent the last year building our second mushroom farm, an innovative low-impact poly tunnel system with the capacity to grow 100+ kg of Oyster mushrooms/week. All systems and infrastructure to carry out this work have been developed and we are seeking a new member of the team to take on these responsibilities of managing our oyster mushroom production. This physical and dynamic role will require good attention to detail, strong practical skills and an eagerness to coordinate and work with volunteers.
