Job description
To be actively involved in, and oversee all aspects of the day to day operation of the Dairy which includes:
You will be actively engaged in and responsible for the management and day to day operation of the Dairy, and for supporting all those working in the Dairy in the fulfilment of their tasks. You will also be a part of the overall Newton Dee Farm team and collaborate with the rest of the team which will require a level of flexibility and practical involvement that is required by the nature of working on a farm.

About Newton Dee Camphill Community ltd
Newton Dee is a vibrant Camphill Community, with 200 people living and working on site. The community members live together in households of varying sizes. Newton Dee Farm is an integral part of our Community. It is a biodynamic grass based mixed farm (dairy cows, beef, sheep, pigs, poultry) and produces milk, meat and eggs for the community with the involvement of a team of 14 people, some of whom have additional support needs. We aim to produce high quality products in a sustainable manner.
