About the Opportunity
The Head of Commercial will lead the strategic growth of the organisation’s existing certification, assurance, and sustainability services. This role provides commercial leadership across business development, client engagement and market strategy. They will play a critical role in strengthening the organisation’s market position, enhancing revenue performance while upholding the highest standards of integrity, independence, and technical credibility.
As a senior leader, the Head of Commercial will ensure commercial strategies align with regulatory requirements, scheme owner requirements, and Soil Association Certification’s purpose and values.
About You
Highly commercial, personable and with excellent negotiation skills, you'll thrive at identifying opportunities to drive new business and grow our impact, both in the UK and internationally. You'll drive the thinking around how we leverage the breadth of our services, spanning certification, validation, verification and capacity training. Bringing a wealth of sales experience and drive, into an impact led organisation, you'll collaborate with our delivery subject matter experts to win over clients.
