Job description
Food Matters is looking for a passionate Impact and Engagement Coordinator to help capture the impact of our work, facilitate conversations and amplify the voices of the communities we work with.
This role sits at the heart of our food systems transformation work. You will gather insights, coordinate activities, and turn learning into compelling stories that inspire action and influence change. The role also supports the Sustainable Food Places programme – a groundbreaking UK-wide network of over 120 local food partnerships working to transform local food systems.
You’ll work closely with partners, communities and colleagues to ensure that impact is captured in meaningful and accessible ways, while helping facilitate events, workshops and collaborative learning.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience with impact, evaluation or learning processes
Is a confident communicator and storyteller
Is organised and able to coordinate projects and data collection
Enjoys facilitating workshops and working collaboratively with partners
Is passionate about fair, healthy and sustainable food systems
In this role you will:
Coordinate impact and evaluation activities
Gather insights through surveys, interviews and workshops
Produce impact reports, case studies and communications
Facilitate events, learning sessions and workshops
Support organisations and local authorities working to improve food systems
