Job description

Organic Kitchen Gardener Vacancy near Wheatly, Oxfordshire.  Country house grounds with greenhouse, herb garden, vegetable beds & cages, polytunnels, orchard, barns & lake, all organic since early 1990's.  Owner is a lifelong member of the Soil Association with a passionate interest in organic vegetables, microgreens, salads and fruit.  

Part/full-time (4 to 5 days per week) with semi-flexible hours to suit and seasonal variation.  Can include crop share.  Excellent equipment base. Practical experience more important than formal qualifications. Car driver needed due to village location.  Would suit local individual but possibility of non-smoking terraced cottage accommodation for the right person.  Initial 1 year contract with opportunity of permanent position.
