Job description
We’re looking for a warm, compassionate Care Farm Manager to lead our dynamic team of staff and volunteers, oversee daytoday operations, and help shape the future of our services. It’s a role full of heart, variety, and real impact.

The Role
As our Care Farm Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for day‑to‑day operations, lead the Operational Senior Team, and play a pivotal role in delivering our Strategic Plan over the next three years.

You’re someone who brings both heart, knowledge and practical experience to your work. You understand that every person who comes to the farm has their own story, strengths, and challenges, and you are confident supporting adults and young people with a wide range of social, emotional, and mental‑health needs.
You’ll also bring:
