Job description

We are seeking an experienced & passionate bread baker to run the morning shift - 40 hours a week - 4/5 days a week.

Duties

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, including sourdough & baguettes. Prove & bake morning pastries, buns, rolls etc. Mix, scale, and shape doughs according to recipes and production requirements

Ensure products are consistent throughout

Ensure a clean & tidy working environment

Manage your own workload to ensure goods are ready for packing and sending out to our retail shop & wholesale partners

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an artisan baker or in a similar role
  • Strong baking knowledge
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to manage your own workload & use initiative
  • A true passion for baking

Typical working hours will include a 2am start. Some lone working will be required so please only apply if you are comfortable with this.
