The Role

We are seeking a passionate, proactive and results-driven Fundraising Officer / Grant Writer to work closely with the Be Enriched team to raise vital funds and generate sustainable income. You will play a key role in securing funding for our community programmes, strengthening relationships with funders, and helping shape and deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to make immediate impact while contributing to the long-term growth and sustainability of Be Enriched.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Identify, research and develop funding opportunities from trusts, foundations and grant-making bodies
• Write high-quality, compelling and tailored grant applications aligned to funder priorities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective funders
• Contribute to fundraising strategy development and income generation planning
• Support the monitoring and reporting of funded projects, ensuring funder requirements are met
• Act as a confident and positive ambassador for Be Enriched and our work

About You

You will be an enthusiastic and credible fundraiser with a strong commitment to our mission. You will bring:

• Proven experience in trust and foundation fundraising and grant writing
• A track record of securing income or contributing to successful funding bids
• Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
• The ability to develop new relationships and steward existing ones
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and work flexibly under pressure

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in fundraising (required)
