Job description
We’re seeking a freelancer to support the delivery of the 2026 iteration of the BPOC Growers Programme at the garden. Working closely with a Co-Director and facilitators, the producer will coordinate the practical aspects of the programme, ensuring smooth delivery of 8 in-person workshops (every Saturday in July and October) that explore the connections between food growing, cooking and cultural traditions. They will have an additional 4 days remotely for coordination duties.
The role combines hands-on production, communication and community engagement to help create a vibrant, inclusive space that celebrates Black food knowledge and strengthens local networks of community food educators.
Contract details
Rate: £200 per day
Total fee: £2,400 (12 days)
Duration: 12 days across May - October 2026
Availability: must be able to work every Saturday in July and October for in-person delivery of programme
Location: remote and in-person delivery at Earth Tenders

About Earth Tenders
Earth Tenders is a black-led nature connection and community gardening project based in South London. We are responding to the collective call for BPOC-led and affirming spaces within earth practices.
