Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Kitchen Gardener / Organic Farmer to ensure our 50-acre estate produces beautiful, bountiful flavour-led produce throughout the seasons, to directly support our hotel’s culinary offerings. This includes establishing and maintaining a highly productive organic kitchen garden, cultivating our orchards and other edible plants on the estate. Working closely with the Head Gardener, Head Chef and a small gardening team, you will help shape what is grown, how it is grown, and how it arrives in the kitchen. In the future, we would like to be able to expand our organic farming output so there is scope for this role to develop further.
