Deadline: 30 Apr 2026
Compensation: £15 per hour
Paid Part-time Permanent
Job description
Location: Stroud, Gloucestershire
Hours: 15-20 hours per week
Reports to: Farm Manager
Salary: £15 per hour
About Us
We are a small, mixed regenerative organic farm less than a mile outside of Stroud. We’re passionate about producing delicious food for local humans and doing it all whilst enjoying what we do and who we’re with. The farm is made up of several ‘producing’ enterprises. We have a market garden, a Pasture for Life beef herd, laying hens and broilers, fruit and nut orchards and an organic nursery. The trading enterprise works collaboratively across all of the producing enterprises and is responsible for getting our products into the hands of our customers.
Role Overview
The marking and events co-ordinator will be responsible for the intersection between our farm operations and customers. Days will be spent developing the customer base (increasing subscribers to our veg boxes, developing our network of awesome caterers and cafes), curating on-farm events and overseeing all marketing channels and campaigns. You will work closely with the farm manager to understand the range of delicious products we have available throughout the year, collaboratively developing campaigns to boost our customer base in the Stroud area. On farm events are another key aspect of the role and an area that we are keen to develop further, aiming to curate a range of events from open days, farm feasts and plant sales.
