Job description

Salary: £16 per hour + tips
Location: Hackney
Hours: 36 hours per week (FTW working 4 days across the week. Weekend availability is a must)
This is an exciting opportunity to join our ambitious pastry team at e5 Bakehouse. We are committed to using ingredients that, where possible, are locally sourced and organic ingredients, whilst promoting a creative and innovative menu that changes seasonally. We work with incredible produce, including our own freshly milled heritage wheat flour, to make viennoiserie, cakes and pastries.
What we're looking for

The position requires a minimum of 1-2 years in a commercial bakery or kitchen experience, including laminated doughs.
