Job description

Part time - averaging 2 days a week with more activity in the warmer months.

FarmEco is looking for an Activities Lead to help more people connection with the land through volunteering, school visits, corporate days and community events.

The Role

You'll coordinate and deliver activities that bring people onto the farm and into nature:

  • Supporting and inspiring volunteers (with |DBS and safeguarding in place)
  • Organisaing school visits, especially for inner city schools
  • Hosting corporate volunteering days and members-only events
  • Planning a year-round programme of community activities
  • Working closely with the wider FarmEco team to develop the organisation

About You

You'll be someone who loves working with people and the outdoors; organised, friendly and full of initiative. Experience in community engagement, education and sustainable farming is ideal.
