About Fermento Bakery

Fermento microbakery is a small team of bakers based in Forest Row, East Sussex. We bake using only sourdough over a traditional woodfired oven. Here we are very passionate about British grown organic and biodynamic wheat, supporting sustainable farming practices in the UK. Furthermore, quality flour is important to us so we mill our own fresh on site using a stone mill. Based on a working farm, we currently supply local farm shops and other small businesses in the area.
