About Boulanger Artisan Bakery

Run, worked and owned by me (Phoebe), the bakery has been in business for 2 and a half years. I make organic real bread (sourdoughs, tin loaves, baguettes), wheat and rye, and gluten-free, and pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat etc) I supply to local shops (13 mile radius) and cafes and also attend two farmer's markets a month. I currently have some casual help around the bakery and now looking to recruit someone to take on some of the baking and prep work, as well as general cleaning.
