Job description
We are looking for x2 freelance Education Officers to develop and deliver engaging, nature-based learning experiences for children, young people and families at Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses. Working closely with and reporting to the Education Programme Manager, you will help to plan and deliver a varied programme of activities including school sessions during term time, holiday clubs and workshops during school holidays, and family events and activities throughout the year.
Education sessions generally take place Monday to Wednesday between 9am and 3pm, with work offered on a flexible, sessional basis according to programme needs and your availability.
The role also offers opportunities to contribute to the development of new initiatives and programmes as they arise.
This role will initially focus on supporting our Kids' Nature Summer Holiday Club from 27th July to 26th August 2026, including facilitating activities and providing lunchtime cover. There are a minimum of 13 shifts available during the summer holiday programme.
