Job description

Do you love artisan food? Want to learn the art of cheesemaking? Are you enthusiastic, with a passion for food, fit,  and very reliable  as 7 am starts are essential.

We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual to join our team in Horsted Keynes.

This is a physical, hands on role where you will help and learn every stage of the process.

Turning up to 3000 litres of milk (cow, sheep and goat, much of it organic) into cheese, managing the maturation proces, and helping pack and wrap the finished cheese.

Hygiene; Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and food safety standards is very important.

Full training will be given.

Typical hours 7 am to 4 pm, generally 5 days per week
