Job description
Be Enriched is a South London based charity founded in 2013. Our projects enrich communities through food.
We do this through the creation of projects where people and planet are connected to reduce social isolation and bring people together. Our Mobile Food Projects and Community Canteens are essential to this mission. We believe that high quality, nutritious food should be accessible to everyone.
We are looking to recruit a Community Food Projects Driver to contribute to our impact across South London. If you are looking for a role that provides you with variety and work that supports community this could be the role for you. Even better if you love food and enjoy providing excellent customer service.
The role includes responsibility for driving our one of kind Double Decker Food Bus and Food Float to a variety of stops between Monday to Friday, delivery of food to two community canteens (Elephant & Castle and Clapham) and picking up food surplus donations from various food partner locations. The role also requires providing customer service to customers at food stops, assisting with set up/clean up of vehicles before and after service and the opportunity to assist in other work across the organisation.
