Location: London

Salary: £14.80 per hour
Hours: 8 hours per week
About London Épicerie Ltd
LCM Épicerie Ltd is looking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the day-to-day bookkeeping of the businesses, ensuring our accounts are accurate, up to date and well organised.
The Role
As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth financial operation of the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Recording and reconciling daily financial transactions
Processing purchase invoices and expenses
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Liaising with our accountant when required
Maintaining organised digital and paper financial records
Identifying and resolving discrepancies
Providing general administrative support to the business where needed
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in bookkeeping or a similar finance role
Experienced using Xero and Microsoft Excel
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their work
Reliable, trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential financial information
Good at meeting deadlines and keeping accurate records
A clear communicator with a practical, hands-on approach
Ideally experienced in working with a small business or retail/food business
What We Offer
£14.80 per hour
