Kitchen Porter Expected hourly wage: £14.80 per hour

About Us

We're opening a new neighbourhood pizzeria built around exceptional ingredients, naturally fermented dough, and genuine hospitality. Our aim is to create one of the area's leading neighbourhood restaurants, serving around 120 guests each evening. We're building a professional kitchen team from the ground up and are looking for passionate people who want to grow with the business from day one.

About the Role

An essential support role responsible for maintaining cleanliness, organisation and hygiene throughout the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

●  Wash dishes, pots and equipment.

●  Maintain clean floors and work areas.

●  Remove waste.

●  Keep the dishwashing area organised.

●  Support smooth kitchen operations.

●  Assist with deliveries and movement of stock.

●  Follow kitchen cleaning schedules.

●  Maintain food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.

Requirements

●  Experience beneficial but not essential.

●  Reliable and punctual.

●  Strong work ethic.

●  Good attention to cleanliness.

●  Able to work efficiently in a busy environment.

●  Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team.

Training & Development

Full training will be provided, with opportunities to progress into a Kitchen Assistant or Commis Chef role.
