Job description

Two positions have become available within our driving teams, both of which require you to be an outward facing ambassador for the farm, working to high standards at all times:

Wholesale Driver and Warehouse Assistant

The main purpose of this post is to carry out day-to-day driving, picking and packing duties for the wholesale operation, with some work in the warehouse as required.

Hours of work: Tuesday: 6am – 2pm / Thursday 6am – 2pm

Salary: £9.52 per hour

Holiday: 28 days a year, rising to 32 days after one years’ service and 33 days after three years’ service.

Benefits: Sick pay and pension.


Veg Box Scheme Delivery Driver

The main purpose of the post is to deliver our Organic Veg and Fruit Boxes to our customers in households around Bristol, Bath and surrounding areas.

Hours of work: Morning rounds: Wednesday – Friday: 6am – 1pm / Afternoon Rounds: Tuesday – Friday 2pm – 9pm

Salary: £9.52 per hour

Holiday: 28 days a year, rising to 32 days after one years’ service and 33 days after three years’ service.

Benefits: Sick pay and pension.

Please note: We are currently reviewing our rounds. Exact hours for both roles will be confirmed as part of the recruitment process. The role is paid by the hour and shifts may vary. Including having to work overtime.

We grow and sell locally-sourced, organic and seasonal produce. Working with organic producers and local farmers, our box delivery service supplies hundreds of homes throughout Bath, Bristol, The Chew Valley, Frome and Weston-Super-Mare.
