Job description

Game-changing Hackney social enterprise Growing Communities is looking for a highly organised, energetic and adaptable Senior Manager to play a critical role as we start the next exciting stage of our development.   The new manager will be responsible for operations, HR and organisational planning and will manage staff running our outreach-focused work streams.

  • 3 days per week Senior Manager position.
  • £33,683 p.a. pro-rata to hours.
  • 5% Contributory pension is available.
  • 33 days annual leave (pro-rata).
  • 30% discount on fruit and veg bags.
