Food for Life (FFL) is an exciting and fast-growing programme that is about making good food the easy choice for everyone and reconnecting people with where their food comes from. We work with schools, nurseries, hospitals, care settings and whole cities, helping them raise food standards and build food knowledge and skills through a ‘whole setting approach’. About the opportunity
Are you passionate about positively changing people’s lives through the power of good food? Food Generations is a 4 year, UK-wide programme which will connect different generations through cooking, growing and sharing food, bringing people together to improve their physical and mental wellbeing, tackle ageism and build new connections between people of all ages that strengthens their communities.
In this role, you will produce and review marketing content and undertake activities to support the development and delivery of the communication and marketing strategy for the Food for Life Get Togethers programme. You will work with Programme Managers and our Marketing and Communications team to produce high quality materials and develop our resources, web pages and social media channels.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are a creative and commercially-minded marketer and highly organised. You will enjoy working with a variety of marketing tools including design software across a range of programmes. You will have experience of developing a range of marketing materials specifically including copywriting, design and web projects. You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team, have a flexible approach and be able to meet deadlines. PR experience would also be a big advantage in this role.
